Why I created this Self Care & Mental Health Tracker...

If I am not intentional about my well being, everything gets thrown off..

Meet Cara...
I have struggled with anxiety since I was in about 7th grade. During High School and College, my mental health struggles got dark and very bad and I started to work with a therapist to help heal some trauma. Things had started to turn around for me until I had my daughter in 2015. 

After having her and my son in 2017, I struggled with post partum anxiety, depression, and rage. I went back to all of the negative and debilitating thoughts that I used to live with day to day. 

After more time working on myself, I am thankful to say my mental health is in a much better place. But, if I am not tracking negative thought patterns, paying attention to how I feel, and working daily on my mental health and self care, I notice a huge decline. 

That is one of the reasons I wanted to put together som easy to use trackers for the moms who need it. The moms who need to take just a few minutes a day to check in with themselves. The ones who need to pause and ask themselves "what did I do for ME today". 

I hope these trackers and self care journals allow you to realize that your mental health and well being is worth the time it takes to ask yourself... "How am I REALLY?"
